Meetings
Regular meetings of the Windsor Centre are open to the general public. They are held at the Maidstone K of C Hall located at 10720 County Road 34 (Old Talbot Road). We meet at 7:30 pm on the third Tuesday of every month except December, July and August. For information on the next upcomming meeting visit the News/Events page.
A typical meeting consists of brief reports by centre council members, information on the night sky by our Director of Observing plus a feature presentation by a guest speaker or member, along with a shorter presentation by a club member.
The feature presentations cover a variety of astronomically-related topics ranging from astronomical hardware to the latest advances in the space sciences. The shorter presentations also cover a variety of topics such as: "what's up in the current sky", the latest astrophotographs by club members, or the unveiling of a new telescope.
